The Fox Theater recently reopened as the premier special events gem of the Bay Area. Under the direction of Another Planet Entertainment this stunningly beautiful, fully restored beau arts Theater is now available for all of your event needs. The Fox features a flexible floor plan, built in stage, sound and lighting systems, and excellent acoustics. Centrally located in the revived Uptown neighborhood of Oakland, the Theater is one block from the 19th Street BART station, has ample parking options nearby, and convenient coach transfer staging options.

Available for day as well as evening rentals, the Fox Theater accommodates a wide variety of events ranging from conventions, large receptions, meetings, sit down dinners, film screenings, luncheons, holiday parties and product launches. The Theater has a reception capacity of up to 2,000 guests, a banquet capacity of up to 500 and a theater capacity of up to 2,800.

The Theater offers many unique event layout options for maximum flexibility. In addition to the Auditorium and the Mezzanine levels, the Fox also has an intimate two story cocktail lounge called the “Den” which is ideal for smaller or VIP cocktail receptions for up to 200 guests.
